**Return Instructions**

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

2. Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. After this period, we are not be able to accept your return.

3. Non-returnable items: Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to used products, personalized or custom products, and products marked with "All sales final" at the product page. Please check the product description or contact our customer support for more information.




**Return Process**

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Create an account or login to your existing account, once done please go to your account page and select orders tab " ", a list of you order history will show on the page, please select the order you would like to return and from the drop down menu select return items, an email with instructions will be sent to you automatically.

2. Package your return: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is adequately protected during transit. Include all the original accessories, manuals, and any other items that came with the product.

3. Labeling: Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. This will help us process your return more efficiently.

4. Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return unless the item was received damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package to protect against loss or damage during transit.

5. Processing: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return policy criteria. If the return is approved, we will process the refund according to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
