i ordered the totalflow part#944 9 inch 2.5 muffler, its louder than a glasspack but quieter than a straight pipe so i think it's the perfect muffler!

Racing bullets worked well on my straight piped 5.3. They took most of the rasp away. Little reduction is sound mostly cleaned sound up.

Worked great for my application.

Inserted the mini mufflers into my gutted Yamaha Raider Motorcycle mufflers. I did this to lessen the exhaust noise. They worked well.

Muffler quality is great for the price. Can't expect anything more out of it. I'm just dealing with the issue of typical 4 cylinder raspiness with a straight thru muffler, which isn't this product's fault especially since I chose such a short version of it (7"). I experimented with it trying straight pipe with just this muffler on it, but it's too much rasp. No problem though I'm going to add a resonator to help it out and should be fine. Actually sounds really good under 3000 RPM and especially at idle with the big cam on this motor. It does drone hard without a resonator as well, which you should expect from any muffler like this (if this is the only thing in your exhaust system)

Quiet when cruising, loud when flooring

Very well made product similar to dyno max mini bullet for the price, but with more size options. My first resonator delete was too raspy very unbearable after 2500rpm, but love the poppin cracklings sound it made. Secondly, I tried out Magnaflow magnapack muffler to tame the rasp, but it dampen the sound way too much close to factory. Lastly, I gave TotalFlow mini muffler a shot and did the trick.... on cruising speed it’s nice and quiet, and when you floor your gas peddle, it opens up making backfire sound and popping noise without the raspy sound exactly how I wanted to be. I recommend these in place of any straight pipes resonator delete or muffler delete anytime of the day. Worth the money
