I wanted to be able to remove the new Stainless steel exhaust system after welding it together.  This clamp allowed me to have a removable connection over the axle.
Fit perfect over the slip connection. Great Product!

Saved me the cost of a new exhaust system

"I thought I would finally be shelling out hundreds for a whole new exhaust for my '01 Grand Prix. After trying adapters, reducers, and then a cheaply-made, short, thin-gauge repair sleeve (which cost about the same as this clamp band, and kept slipping off!), I almost gave up. None of the auto parts stores--and I live in a major city--even the big chains, had the TOTALFLOW. I used this to bring the resonator and pipe together that had rotted apart.

Best bet for mufflers

Extremely easy to use. Took longer to get my tools under the truck than it took to install the muffler. Much better fit and seal than the standard u-bolt clamps.

Maybe not as good as the brand name, but I used 14 of these on my new exhaust system, including a H-pipe. They look and function just fine. No leaks, none broke. Saved a lot of money and can fully disassemble the system if/when I need to.

I used this clamp for a tail pipe coming off of the muffler on a 2006 Sienna. What I like about these is that if I ground the tailpipe and need to readjust it, I can loosen this clamp and do it because the pipes aren't crimped together. I broke a muffler trying to adjust a pipe with the U clamp and needed to buy the pair far too early.
